September 2010 Update

After 11 months since C4H’s inception, the organization is making plans to aid more wounded veterans and save more sheltered pets across the Nation!

Individual Donor Levels

$50

Chihuahua

Provides 20 percent payment for a C4H Hero's adoption fee for a shelter dog.

$100

Basset Hound

Provides 40 percent payment for a C4H Hero's adoption fee for a shelter dog.

$250

Golden Retriever

Provides 100 percent payment for a C4H Hero's adoption fee for a shelter dog, and a personal phone call from one of the organization's team members.

$1,000

Labrador Retriever

Covers 40 percent for a C4H Hero's Companion Dog training fee, and a personal phone call from the organization's Chief Operating Officer.

$2,500

Great Dane

Covers 100 percent for a C4H Hero's Companion Dog training fee, and a personal phone call from the organization's founder.

$5,000

St. Bernard

Covers 100 percent for a C4H Hero's Service Dog training fee, a personal phone call from the organization's founder and one invite to one of the organization's events.

Corporate Donor Levels

$5,000 - $10,000

Purple Heart

Covers 100 percent for two to four C4H Heroes' Companion Dogs, or one to two C4H Heroes' Service Dogs. Listing on the C4H website under “$5,000 - $10,000” section, a personal phone call from the organization's founder and an opportunity to the Heroes and their dogs.

$10,001 - $25,000

Bronze Star

Covers 100 percent for 4 to 10 C4H Heroes' Companion Dogs, or two to five C4H Heroes' Service Dogs. Listing on the C4H website under “$5,000 - $10,000” section, a personal phone call from the organization's founder and an opportunity to meet a few Heroes and their dogs, and attend one of our events.

$25,001 - $50,000

Silver Star

Covers 100 percent for 10 to 20 C4H Heroes' Companion Dogs, or 5 to 10 C4H Heroes' Service Dogs. Listing on the C4H website under “$25,001 - $50,000” section, a personal phone call and personal visit from our founder and an opportunity to meet a few Heroes and their dogs, and attend two of our events.

$50,000+

Medal of Honor

Covers 100 percent for a minimum of 20 C4H Heroes' Companion Dogs, or a minimum of 10 C4H Heroes' Service Dogs. Listing on the C4H website under “$50,000+” section, a personal phone call and personal visit from our founder and an opportunity to meet several Heroes and their dogs, and attend all of our events.
