David Sharpe serves as CEO for C4H, and Chief Executive Officer of STAX Solutions. He has over 12 years of federal government and military service, having served six years in the United States Air Force Security Forces, eight years in the U.S. Intelligence Community and is now, with a team of an all-veteran workforce, leading an innovative veteran suicide prevention company, STAX Solutions. Sharpe served in various overseas assignments while in the military.

During Sharpe’s tenure in the military, he served in Operations NOBLE EAGLE, ENDURING FREEDOM, MOUNTAIN STORM, SOUTHERN WATCH, NORTHERN WATCH and PROVIDE COMFORT. Sharpe has many various military and civilian awards, to include personal / professional awards. Sharpe has an A.A. in Liberal Arts and a B.A. in Criminology from Saint Leo University and is a Certified Veteran Peer Specialist. He is originally from St. Simons Island, Georgia where he currently resides with his son, Dax, and his daughter, Mabel.



Missie O’Neal grew up in Northeastern Pennsylvania. After attending undergraduate college in PA and graduate school in New York, she was a college basketball coach at both Elmira College and the United States Military Academy at West Point. She then served as a Family Readiness Group leader, an executive with the Broad River Group, and most recently worked with the Warrior Care and Transition Directorate in Arlington, Virginia as a member of their Communications and Policy teams. Missie and her family have lived all over the world and are currently stationed at Fort Stewart, Georgia with the 3rd Infantry Division. They are active in the military community serving Soldiers and their Families. She and her husband, Scott have three children: Brennan, Patrick, and Ellie as well as two rescued dogs Annie and Lucky.



Sarah Redding is a Colorado Native who has spent the past fifteen years in the southern region of America. Having been stationed between Fort Bragg and Fort Benning as a proud Army Ranger wife. She has served many volunteer roles to include, Family Readiness Group Leader, Care Team Leader and State Co- Leader of the Nonprofit Pinups for Patriots. Sarah has always felt a strong desire to serve and give back to the Military community. She has focused her profession working as an Optician in Private Ophthalmology practices over the past eight years. Sarah and her husband are currently stationed at Fort Bragg, North Carolina with the 82nd Airborne Division. Together Sarah and her husband have three children Zared, Xyanne and Dorian as well as two rescue dogs Satie, and Chaos.



Adam Pelletier is our new C4H Grant Writer and currently resides in Southeast Georgia after growing up in Connecticut.. Adam attended College of Coastal Georgia and Luther Rice College & Seminary before beginning his career in business management focusing on logistics and production. In addition to being the Grant Director with C4H, Adam is also the Director of US Operations for 2nd Story Goods (a non-profit out of Haiti) and serves on the Board of Directors for HaYovel (a non-profit in Israel). Adam's annual volunteer service includes Middle East agriculture, business development in the Caribbean, and various domestic community service activities. Although international travel is a significant part of his life on the average day you can find Adam on his farm in Southeast Georgia with his wife Jessica, and his children Abby, Aliza, Tobias, Malachi, Shalev and Hava.
