Marine finds another “Brother”

    veteran, companion dog

LCPL Johnson and Logan U.S. Marine Corps California

Upon returning home from deployment where he served with the Fifth Fleet Air of Operations, LCPL Logan noticed that he was uneasy living alone.  He missed living with his brothers aka            Marines”.  Growing up Johnson always had a dog, a faithful companion to wake up to every day and to face the day together.

C4H introduced Johnson to our partner “Boxer n Bird Rescue” in Oceanside California, where he met and adopted Logan.  Logan is a white male boxer that was found roaming the woods after months of being abandoned.  He was all skin and bones and near death when Boxer n’ Bird rescued him outside of Camp Pendleton and nursed him back to health.  Logan immediately knew that Johnson was for him.  Johnson and Logan attended complimentary training classes offered by the rescue and enjoy going to the dog park. Logan was a rescue dog located in LCpl Johnson’s home town and was saved by LCpl Johnson. Now, Logan is going to repay the favor by saving LCpl Johnson and his family with a lifetime of unconditional love.
